Emily Trindade
Emily co-founded iMiH Group - a consulting firm specializing in HRMS and IT support services with expertise in ADP, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday and Microsoft applications and business products.
She possess more than 25 years experience with human capital consulting, business administration, process improvement, change management and communications. Emily has extensive knowledge of business practices in the public, private and non-profit sectors. 

Emily also has a strong ability to offer fresh ideas and develop sustainable solutions to overcome challenges when presented.
Brendan Moore
Brendan is co-founder of the iMiH Group - a consulting firm specializing in HRMS and IT support services with expertise in ADP, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday and Microsoft applications and business products.

Sarah Harrington
 Sarah is a seasoned SAP consultant who has been through several full cycle implementations from blueprinting to post go-live support. She has worked with companies in various industries from manufacturing to utilities to gas & oil. She has also implemented companies from 5,000-38,000 employees.

 She successfully lead the parallel testing of 38,000 employees with $.05 tolerance with 99% accuracy. At this project, she also lead a very successful go live with full HR master data conversion including year to date figures for year end and limits. 

Sarah is a driver and believes in making deadlines. She has a great rapport with every client that she has worked for. It is very important to Sarah that the implementation group and the client work together to ensure that there are open lines of communication and everyone is on the right track to meet outlined deadlines. 
Enilce DeRamo
Enilce is a Proposal Coordinator for iMiH Group. She responds to government requests for proposals and other opportunities, resulting in the development of compliant, responsive, researched, and competitive technical responses.

She has served as the team lead in coordinating proposal preparation and production including RFP review, analysis, and interpretation for complex and site-specific proposal efforts. Her experience includes writing, editing, proofing, organizing, formatting, and producing proposals and correspondence to enhance business development. She has developed proposal plans, outlines, templates, and schedules.
Greg Bagnasco
Greg has over 15 years of experience working in the business of functional and technical disciplines using SAP, ADP product suite (e.g. GlobalView, Enterprise, Workforce Now, Tax, and Garnishment services), Workday, and PeopleSoft products. 

He works closely with the executive management teams to fulfill strategic and tactical initiatives with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and budgets. Greg has excellent communication skills interacting with clients, vendors, and internal/external team members. He has the ability to problem-solve and facilitate successful solutions in high pressure environments while maintaining a professional demeanor. 

Greg has the ability to simultaneously multi-task between initiatives. His initial assignments have often been extended due to his knowledge, skill set, and ability to execute.

His overall career spans over 30 years in the business and information systems as a Project Coordinator, Project Leader, Implementation Specialist, Senior Analyst, and Application Designer/Developer. He has in-depth experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Accounting, Financial, Insurance, and Retail applications.
Rohit Jain
Rohit is a certified SAP HCM/ SucessFactors Manager and Informed Global HR Consultant with 15+ years of diversified experience in Process Design, Human Resources Information Systems (Implementation and Support), Global HR Transformation and Project Management. 

He has a strong ability to understand and analyze customer requirements, design processes, resolve complex problems and communicate with the customer. 

Rohit has expertise in delivering scalable and sustainable technology and data solutions, service models and end to end processes. He has also extensively worked on full life cycle implementations, up-gradations and support projects. He has in-depth experience in implementing and configuring various SAP HCM modules.

He has successfully assisted clients in multiple industries, including IS Oil, Healthcare, Insurance, Automobile, Retails, Telecomm, finance, Constructions and Consumer products.
Bob Duquette
Bob is a seasoned executive providing visionary, managerial, systematic, practical and functional solutions to national organizations who wish to maximize their HRMS, HCM and Payroll software product investments.
He is a results oriented consultant with broad experience managing & implementing accounting, payroll, and human resource software solutions. 

Bob has over 20 years experience garnered via 800+ implementations utilizing ADP HRizon, Enterprise, PCPW, Payforce, Streamline, COS, GlobalView, HRB, eTime, and Peoplesoft HCM, payroll and timekeeping products in order to provide both vanilla and highly customized solutions, in premise based or hosted environments throughout the US and Canada. 

He is highly proficient with both the configuration and functional use of human resource, benefits, timekeeping and payroll software modules.
Altaz Haji
Altaz is a strong business development professional skilled in Business Process, SAP / ADP GlobalView, and Payroll. He has demonstrated excellent SAP HR project management skills including, leadership, communication, problem solving, scope and resource management 

Altaz has strong functional knowledge of SAP Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel Development including Training and Events, Benefits, HR Structural Authorizations, Performance Management, Cross Application Time-sheet, Travel Management, Enterprise Compensation Management, Employee Health and Safety, Employee and Manager Self Service.

He also has strong technical knowledge and programming experience in Procedural and Object-Oriented ABAP, WebDynpro for ABAP, ALEs, and Workflows 
Michael Fingerle
Michael is a highly motivated and results driven Technology and Project Management Professional, with outstanding communication skills and advanced computer proficiency. 

He is a proven leader adept at using team building, relationship management and problem-solving skills to establish productive partnerships throughout all levels of the organization and achieve goals. He has the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and deliver results. 

Michael possess extensive experience in the Project Management, administration of HRIS System Management, Systems Conversions and Modifications, Platform Integration, Analytical Reporting, System Security, Data Integrity, Database Creation and Management, and Performance Metrics. 
Ubaid Abid
Ubaid is a highly skilled SAP Payroll/HCM (Certified) senior consultant, with over 14 years of SAP Payroll/HCM lead consulting, global implementation and configuration experience involving multi-currency, multi-country and multi-company code implementations. 

He has very sound understanding of American, Canadian, International accounting systems, HR practices, payroll procedures, reporting and remittance requirements with both public and private sector clients. 

Ubaid has in-depth knowledge of the full SAP R/3 HR suite, and how it integrates with the other modules, particularly FI/CO/FM and PS. He has full life cycle implementation experience and has provided consulting services from pre-sales, demos, define and design phases to develop, implement and production support phases. 
Michael Larrison
Michael is an innovative and detailed oriented professional with a solid reputation for monitoring projects from initiation to delivery and efficaciously delivering projects to the predetermined time, budget and quality. 

He has established himself as a driving force in maintaining continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives and establishing and directing company’s technical initiatives from its inception while evaluating organizational outcomes & identifying problems.

Key Achievements include accompling over 800 upgrades in less than six months , creating SharePoint Website (Knowledge Base and Document Repository) , knowledge base system for facilitating team to provide quicker resolution and improve client satisfaction, document repository for properly trackimg revisions with the addition of check in and check out process to  
documents, created ADPWorks collaborative website consisting of a job aid repository and collaborative section for enabling a virtual team to know each other and managers for posting messages to the team, and boosting client satisfaction to 98.7% by creating a Minor Upgrade Reference Guide (MURG) included in all documentation for Clients for the Minor Upgrades.
